This weeks class is landscapes from various photos.  Here is a forest/field photo that I turned into a marsh scene, because I just love the marshes that I see while in Kennebunkport.  I also added a photo that I took out my front door of the glorious morning we all woke up to.  I love the snow especially when it seems to only snow on the ground and trees and not on the roads like it did this time.

I will be exhibiting next year at the Helen Bumpus Gallery in Duxbry MA.  I was really excited when they asked permission to use my artwork in the Upcoming Show Anouncment!  I had better get painting more than I have been lately to get ready for this big exhibit!

"Yarn it all"  this weeks class painting,  painting the yarn to me is a lot easier than knitting.

"Claronette"  is another watercolor on Ampersand Aquaboard I did while home with everyone because of the hurricane.  My family members were all busy so I got to painting but only finished yesterday while at the Patriot Place Gallery, gallery sitting.

"More Masons"  here is this weeks class painting, I've painted it before and it is a well liked piece so I decided to paint it with the class since they are all interested in learning how to attempt glass.  This is a quick easy first step in that.
A good friend and I went to the Rhode Island Watercolor Society' National Show yesterday.  I'm sorry again that I did not submit this year.  Many beautiful pieces!  First place was a show stopper.
