Received two ribbons in the Watercolor Category this weekend at the Foxboro Art Associations Spring Members Show. And also notification that I have a painting accepted into this years New England Watercolor Society's National Show. YAAHH!

will be at the opening this comming Saturday night at the
Next Door Gallery in Mansfield MA

I painted this watercolor at the Patriot Place Gallery the other day while it was my time to gallery sit. I went this weekend and saw the FAA members show WOW it keeps getting better and better. I was so impressed, and happy to see many new really good watercolorist. The opening will be this upcomming weekend Saturday March 10th from 2:00 to 5:00. "Clock Tower" was a watercolor painted for the Preservation Framer's Images of North Attleboro contest. Only really liking to paint still lifes I was challenged to find someting in town that would excite me. That beautifully renovated building that now is the home of the N. A. Police inspired me with their tower clock. Select images from the contest will be made into a calender for the upcomming year. I hope my painting is selected as one.

"Life Is" took its 3rd ribbon! It got an Honorable Mention in the Rhode Island Watercolor Society's Still Life Open Juried show now on display till March 8th.

"Clothspins" Not sure if I might tweek this a little bit more, but it was fun and challenging. 16 x 20
